High & Dry Foundation Repair – Referral Program Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility

  • The Referrer and the Referred Customer must each be at least 18 years of age.
  • The Referred Customer must be a new customer who has never previously contacted High & Dry for an estimate or service.
  • Referrers may not refer themselves.
  • Referrals must be submitted prior to the estimate being scheduled.
  • Qualified referrals must meet all Program guidelines as outlined in these Terms.

2. Referral Rewards

  • For completed jobs totaling over $1,000, the Referrer will receive a $100 reward.
  • For completed jobs totaling over $5,000, the Referrer will receive a $350 reward.
  • The Referred Customer will receive a 5% discount on their project total.
  • Rewards are issued only after the referred job is completed and paid in full.

3. Reward Distribution

  • Rewards may be issued as a check, digital payment, or other method at High & Dry's discretion.
  • Allow up to 30 days after job completion for reward processing.
  • Rewards are non‑transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except as issued.
  • Completed job payment must be secured prior to award distribution.

4. Limitations & Exclusions

  • Self‑referrals are not permitted.
  • Multiple Referrers cannot claim the same customer; the first referral received will be honored.
  • Employees, contractors, and partners of High & Dry may be excluded from participation.
  • Referrals connected to insurance‑covered or insurance‑funded work are not eligible for rewards or discounts.
  • High & Dry reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms or engages in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical activity.

5. Taxes

  • Referral rewards may be considered taxable income.
  • The Referrer is solely responsible for any tax obligations associated with receiving a reward.
  • High & Dry may require a completed W‑9 for cumulative annual rewards exceeding IRS thresholds.

6. Program Integrity

  • High & Dry reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of any referral.
  • High & Dry may request proof of the relationship between the Referrer and Referred Customer.
  • High & Dry's determination of referral eligibility is final.

7. Program Changes

  • High & Dry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program at any time without notice.
  • Any changes will not affect referrals already approved and in process.

8. Privacy

  • Information submitted through the Program will be handled in accordance with High & Dry's privacy practices.
  • Referrers must have permission to share the Referred Customer's contact information.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • High & Dry is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected referral submissions.
  • Participation in the Program is at the Referrer's own risk.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which High & Dry operates.
